What's the difference between printer repair and printer maintenance?
Repair is reactive, something has already broken and we come fix it. Maintenance is preventive, scheduled visits to clean, inspect and replace wear parts before they cause downtime. Most Dubai offices that move to a maintenance contract see breakdowns drop by more than half within the first year.
Do AMC plans include consumable parts?
Our Business Care and Enterprise Care tiers include standard wear parts (rollers, pads, separation kits). Drums, fusers and toners are charged at AMC-discounted rates. Essential Care covers labour and visits only, parts are quoted separately. We make this clear up front, in writing.
How often should an office printer in Dubai be serviced?
It depends on monthly print volume and environment. Standard offices printing 1,000–5,000 pages a month do well on bi-annual visits. Heavy-use MFPs and printers in dusty or industrial zones need quarterly or monthly visits. We recommend a frequency in our free fleet audit.
Can you maintain printers we didn't originally buy from you?
Yes, most of our AMC fleet was bought elsewhere. We service every major brand sold in the UAE. We start with a one-time fleet audit, fix any outstanding issues, then put the printers on a regular maintenance schedule.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend maintenance visits?
Yes. For law firms, clinics, schools and retail counters where daytime downtime isn't an option, we schedule maintenance visits in the evening or on weekends at no extra cost, included in Business Care and Enterprise Care tiers.
What happens if a printer breaks down between scheduled visits?
AMC clients get priority response, usually a technician on-site within 2 hours during working hours. Repair labour during scheduled hours is included in Business Care and Enterprise tiers; parts are billed at AMC rates.

Always. You receive a per-printer report covering page count, parts inspected and replaced, firmware status, and recommended next-visit date, useful for IT teams, audits and warranty records.
